Collectible Sets Set Off Fireworks

The U.S. Mint is marking the nation’s 250th anniversary with a variety of circulating commemorative coins that are included in the 2026 Semiquincentennial Silver Proof Set, which will be offered for sale beginning at noon ET on June 11. The set includes 10 coins bearing proof finishes and carrying the San Francisco mintmark (S).
Among the pieces are the Enduring Liberty half dollar, Mayflower Compact quarter, Revolutionary War quarter, Declaration of Independence quarter, U.S. Constitution quarter, Gettysburg Address quarter, and Emerging Liberty dime, all struck in .999-fine silver.
