The ordering period for the 2026 Netherlands gold ducats opened May 1 and will close June 30. Struck by the Royal Dutch Mint, these annually issued, .983-fine gold coins are based on the original examples from the 16th and 17th centuries. The newest 3.5g gold ducats will explore the history of Dutch trade guilds, with a different guild featured each year from 2026 to 2029. The 2026 issue honors the blacksmiths’ guild.
